Role Options & Variety
We have countless role opportunities available, and these continue to expand as we have officially opened our Leola location. The four main areas of our business are Guest Service, Kitchen Service, Ice Cream Production and Administration. Team members are not confined to one role because we love to see them grow. Typically team members have as many roles as the number of shifts they have (so if a team member works 4 shifts, he or she may have up to 4 roles). This enables each person to have a lot of variety and joy in their work, and to develop many friendships.
We work hard to tailor your schedule to fit your specific needs. We have a variety of shifts that include morning only roles, day-time roles and evening only roles. We are also proud to be able to accommodate almost every requested off date that team members submit. (We approve about 99% of off-date requests). We are especially committed to getting team members off for family vacations and mission trips. Team members submit their availability and target hours for each season of the year, so we have a high level of flexibility. We are closed on Sundays to provide time for worship, rest and family time.
Full Time Opportunities
Full-Time Team Members enjoy weekday hours; they are not required to work evenings and they only work one Saturday per month. We are passionate about creating a great environment where you can grow and flourish.
If you go to college in the area and can work year-round, we will gladly design your work schedule around your class schedule and we are committed to finding a way to reach your target hours. Some college students work just morning shifts, others work some lunch shifts, others work just evening shifts, and some do a combination of everything! We also provide a $500 annual Fox Meadows Scholarship to college students who work a minimum of 15 hours per week year-round.
